At Nirkum (www.nirkum.com), we value your satisfaction and aim to provide the best possible experience on our live streaming platform. This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund and how to proceed.
1. Payment Methods
All payments on the Nirkum app are processed securely via Razorpay on Android devices. We offer both:
- VIP Memberships (subscription-based)
- In-app Coin Purchases (used to send virtual gifts)
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer full refunds under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
- The purchase was made through the official Android app using Razorpay.
- The refund request falls under acceptable reasons, such as:
- Accidental purchase
- Technical issues preventing use of the service
- Unauthorized transaction
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Used or partially used VIP memberships or coin balances
- Purchases made outside the 48-hour window
- Abuse of the refund system
3. Free App & Trial Content
Nirkum is free to download and explore. Some content and features may be available for free or as part of promotional trials. These do not qualify for refunds.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Registered username and email address
- Date and time of purchase
- Transaction ID or Razorpay receipt
- Reason for refund
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued through Razorpay and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
