Refund Policy for Nirkum

At Nirkum, we value our customers and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from our App. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as described below.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for purchases made on the Nirkum App within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must meet the following criteria:

The purchase must have been made on the Nirkum App

  1. The purchase must have been made within the last 7 days
  2. The purchase must not have been consumed or used in any way
  3. The purchase must be for a service or product that is eligible for a refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at nirkumtechnical@gmail.com. Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The date of your purchase
  • The name of the product or service for which you are requesting a refund
  • The reason for your refund request

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 3 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we believe that the purchase was made with fraudulent intent, or if we believe that the purchase was made in violation of our Terms and Conditions. We also do not offer refunds for the following types of purchases:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or consumed
  • Services that have already been rendered
  • Products that have been used or consumed
  • Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer

Changes to Refund Policy

Nirkum reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
