At Nirkum, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel a purchase or subscription. We offer a cancellation policy as described below.

Eligibility for Cancellation

You can cancel a purchase or subscription on the Nirkum App at any time, subject to the terms of your purchase agreement. To be eligible for a cancellation, your purchase must meet the following criteria:

The purchase must have been made on the Nirkum App

The purchase must be eligible for cancellation according to the terms of your purchase agreement

The purchase must not have been consumed or used in any way

How to Cancel a Purchase or Subscription

To cancel a purchase or subscription, please contact our customer support team at nirkumtechnical@gmail.com. Please include the following information in your cancellation request:

Your full name

Your email address

The date of your purchase

The name of the product or service you wish to cancel

The reason for your cancellation request

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and respond within 3 business days. If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your cancellation and issue any applicable refunds according to the terms of your purchase agreement.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if we believe that the purchase was made with fraudulent intent, or if we believe that the purchase was made in violation of our Terms and Conditions. We also do not offer cancellations for the following types of purchases:

Digital products that have been downloaded or consumed

Services that have already been rendered

Products that have been used or consumed

Changes to Cancellation Policy

Nirkum reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
